Water Update

While waiting for the pump parts to arrive (and me to remember how to reassemble them), I took a hose, hooked it to my anti-backflow device and connected the other end in place of the pump.

With 90 pounds of static pressure from the water company, I was able to get a good drip to the fruit trees needing it most. I will flood those trees for a few hours today (as much as a drip line can flood…) and then enable the next section. I still hope for a bit of rain. careful readers here know that Hawaii is in a drought now and is the highest level in the U.S.

I hope not to lose but a few trees, if that, over the next couple days!
