The first Tuesday or each month I attend a picnic at the old airport. The picnic is hosted by Konaweb, a website for those who love living and visiting here.

While getting ready for our photo last night, out of the corner of my eye, I saw a very large whale breach. I hollered and some attendees got to see the tail end of the show, so to speak. I only saw a few spouts after that, but it was exciting none the less. This breach was a couple hundred feet away as the water gets very deep very fast on our coast.
