Oh My Darlin, Oh My Darlin, Oh My Darlin Clementine. The Clementine along with “Dandy” are two varieties of tangerines I have ready for picking.

Clementines (some rhyme it with nectarine) is usually seedless and easy to [peel. Th Dandys I have are a bit larger, more seedy and about as easy to peel. Still, both are VERY juicy and just trying to peel them causes juice to drip out.

There is not much ripe on the farm at the moment, although I did see some activity beginning in rollinia and a couple other places like orange and lemon.

The farm has all been mowed and I hope to take some photos and a video soon. It HAS to be soon as the weeds will soon take over again I’m afraid. The coffee trees are the hardest to weed around.

I have had a lot of orders for coffee, and I will need to get more roasted soon.

My Mom asked for some calendars for her support group (breast cancer survivors) so I decided to send along calendars, some 2oz bags of coffee and a box or two of macadamia nuts.

The weather has been the same (sunny in the morning and cloudy in the afternoon with a bit of rain every few days. The snow up mauka (up the mountain) has not yet materialized, but it will come, if for only a day or two.
